THE STAFF


In view of certain uncertainties of the labor laws, it was decided to establish an internal collective agreements, based upon the Jordanian labor laws

An internal regulation and Job descriptions complete this document and regulate the role of everyone for the benefit and the smooth running of the hospital.

For the opening phase of the hospital the following staff was considered adequate :

From the beginning of May 1990, the following staff will be added : Their salaries are included in the budget :

1 midwife Volunteer French
1 resident doctor Palestinian
1 laboratory technician Palestinian
1 guard Palestinian

To ensure the smooth running and safe medical coverage in the hospital the following staff must be added A.S.A.P. :
- 3 midwives - 1gynecologist - 1 staff nurse -- 2 practical nurses - 1 theatre nurse

Their salaries are estimated at $ 7000 per month or 14 000 N.I.S. i.e. 63 000 US $ over 9 months.(see financial plan)
